Hi, I am Jeremy and I co-founded Shepherding Well with Angela in 2022. Thirty years ago, I began to serve in vocational ministry with a zeal to make discipleship "bigger, better, and faster," a mindset that nearly ruined me and those closest to me. I have a deep passion to walk alongside those who are facing burnout and share a vision of ministry that is firmly rooted in spending intimate time alone with God. I have served in a parachurch youth ministry, a church plant, a small church, and a mega church. I completed the Soul Care Institute in 2024. Angela and I have seven children, miniature sheep, and a therapy dog on a mini-farm where we enjoy being outside and marveling at God's creativity. 

Hi, I’m Angela and I have been married to a pastor for 25 years and have seen the need first hand for ministry leaders and their families to be cared for and refilled. They often pour themselves out for others and need to be refilled by spending time away from their day-to-day lives. After completing The Soul Care Institute in 2022, I became passionate about sharing my experience with others. We all have a soul that needs tending and coming away for a little while to a beautiful place is just the beginning. I have been married to Jeremy for 25 years and have 7 children. I have been a nurse for 28 years and I enjoy home schooling, taking care of our farm animals and getting to know the hearts of God’s beloved children. 

Hi, I am Amber and I see Shepherding Well as a place that gives space for people to see how God is moving in their lives and participate in His Gospel work. I work as a clinical mental health counselor for children and adults. I am passionate about helping people pursue wholeness and well-being, using narrative and client centered approaches working from a holistic perspective. I seek to help people better understand their stories and the impact their story has on their emotions, bodies, minds, and spirits.
I have served as an overseas missionary and enjoy supporting missionaries home on furlough or transitioning out of mission work. I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with cross-cultural living and service. I am married to a pastor and love doing ministry alongside him. We have three children and enjoy spending time with our family.

I’m Stephen and I’ve experienced firsthand the necessity for organizations like Shepherding Well. As the world calls us to speed up and go faster, the example our Heavenly Father provided and instructed was to find rest and seek Him. Shepherding Well provides this in a way that not only provides rest, but fuels a re-energized approach to your purpose. I have 15+ years in the service industry leading organizational startups and impact scalability. 

I’ve spent my entire life around ministry and community leaders and have seen the critical need for rest in others that I’ve loved as well as myself. I have 3 kids and have been happily married for 17 years. I have a passion for helping people discover purpose and gain traction toward thriving.

I’m Josh Fairbaugh, little known co-founder of Tesla alongside the ubiquitous Elon Musk. In my spare time I like to stick things in electrical outlets, shoot rockets into space, and generally attempt to dismantle the government.
